They are looking for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Valuer / Lister who will have local area knowledge and have a proven record in business generation and winning new business. As Estate Agent Valuer you will be responsible for: Generating new business leads Carrying out valuations Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients Presenting sales pitches to prospective clients Selling referrals for Financial Services and Conveyancing Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
