Join Squarcle as a Manager - Supply Chain in City of Bristol, England, United Kingdom. You will use your expertise to transform supply chains, modernise logistics, and drive innovation across critical programmes. This role is focused on delivering high-impact public-purpose projects with real world consequences.
We operate in a matrix structure with a clear career development path. You will have a Performance Manager to guide your career, an Engagement Manager to support day-to-day project work, and a Capability Lead to ensure best practice across tools, people, and processes. This position sits within our Supply Chain capability and will involve collaboration with our Supply Chain Capability Lead and project teams.
What you’ll be doing
As a Supply Chain leader you’ll help build depth across capabilities and enhance delivery excellence. Key day-to-day activities include:
* Support and coach junior team members, helping them grow within Squarcle
* Run workshops, map current processes, analyse data, and design smarter, future-ready supply chain models
* Lead consulting engagements end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and with measurable impact
* Collaborate with programme managers, analysts, and subject matter experts to solve complex, data-driven challenges
* Drive business growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to bids

* Proven consulting expertise: Experience delivering supply chain and operations projects in multi-stakeholder environments
* Analytical and problem-solving: Ability to interpret data and produce actionable results

* Technical proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other core tools; quick to learn new systems

Interview process
Our interview process involves three steps:
* Step 1: Meet with Recruitment Manager to discuss the role and organizational fit
* Step 2: Meet with members of the Supply Chain capability to discuss consulting, leadership, and supply chain knowledge
* Step 3: Meet with senior leadership; you will be given a task to prepare and present
Interviews are a two-way discussion to determine fit for the role and for Squarcle.
