INDSS Assistant Lettings Manager North London £29,000 - £30,000 Basic OTE £50k An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Lettings Manager to join a highly respected, award-winning independent estate agency in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to step up or an existing Assistant Manager looking to join a high-performing, well-established office. The Role You will support the Lettings Manager in driving performance, winning new business, and ensuring the smooth running of the lettings department. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the day-to-day management of the lettings team Conducting valuations and winning new instructions Generating new business through canvassing and local market activity Registering applicants and conducting viewings Negotiating offers and securing tenancies Progressing deals from offer agreed to move-in Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems (e.g. Reapit) Supporting and mentoring junior team members Requirements Previous experience in residential lettings (essential) Experience in valuations and instruction winning Strong negotiation and closing skills Target-driven with a commercial mindset Well presented, confident, and professional Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Full UK driving licence preferred Package & Benefits £29,000 - £30,000 basic salary 10% individual commission 5% generation commission (for new business won) Quarterly bonus (£500) based on performance £250 car allowance or company car Mobile phone provided Perkbox subscription Gym membership Why Apply?
