We're seeking volunteers to assist with administration tasks related to our eBay operations. This includes answering customer queries and supporting item collections. Many customers prefer to collect their items in person, giving us the opportunity to interact directly with them and ensure a positive experience. We want every customer to leave satisfied with their purchase, knowing that their support helps a local charity. We ask you to commit to at least one regular half-day weekly session and session times are: AM: 9am to 12pm PM: 1pm to 3pm What you’ll be doing: You will be assisting with: Assisting eBay with administration tasks such as checking our eBay account to identify customer collections & answering customer queries. We ask that our volunteers are: At least 18 years old Live within an easy commute to the area Interested in volunteering for at least 6 months for at least 3 hours per week All volunteers are assessed individually for the volunteer roles they are applying for.
