The Role As a Business Development Executive in the Adult Skills (ASF) team, your sole responsibility and focus will be to ensure that contract performance is maximised. This will include generation of learners through strong stakeholder collaboration. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager who will support, direct and manage activities in the contract area Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Identify new referral opportunities within the contract area including partnerships with stakeholders, government agencies, and community partners. - Generate leads and secure learner starts for ASF funded training programmes. - In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, prepare and deliver presentations to potential stakeholders and partners. - Work closely with internal teams, including operations, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of ASF programmes. - Identify and attend job fair and career events to promote the Realise ASF offer. - Develop innovative approaches to attract learners and share success with the wider team. - Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries to the team, both by phone and email. - Monitor and evaluate the success of business development initiatives. - Ensure that all relevant funding rules and requirements are always adhered to. - Promoting courses on social media platforms. - Using the CRM System to accurately input learner details - Ensure adherence to the Right Learner Right Programme ethos. *Please note that this vacancy is subject to contract win.
