We’re looking for a Customer Support superstar to join us. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering first‑class customer service to our members.
Responsibilities
* Provide onboarding and support sessions via MS Teams and Zoom.
* Help customers on the phone and via email.
* Build and maintain customer relationships.
* Provide administrative support.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience delivering first‑class customer support.
* Experience in a customer service or admin role.
* Experience working at home or remotely.
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
* Great problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent spelling and grammar.
* Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with Zoom and MS Teams.
* Attention to detail and diligence.
Additional Information
Experience working in general practice is not required; full product training will be provided.
