The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead complex engineering projects that deliver cutting-edge Radio Frequency (RF) communications solutions for national and international customers. This is your chance to make a real impact - supporting critical defence programmes while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
1. Managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
2. Driving end-to-end project delivery, from requirements capture to handover.
3. Applying effective risk and change management strategies.
4. Coordinating technical and commercial solutions, pricing models, and proposals.
5. Ensuring robust governance and stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office and days working from home.
Essential Experience of the Project Manager
6. Advanced application of project management techniques in technical environments.
7. Proven leadership of project teams, including matrix management.
8. Strong financial and commercial acumen.
9. Experience delivering solutions with internal teams and external suppliers.
10. Background in Defence or Security sectors (highly desirable).
Qualifications for the Project Manager
11. APM PMQ or equivalent (Chartered status advantageous).

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. You will be required to achieve Developed Vetting (DV) security check once in post.
