The Role They are currently hiring a Marketing Programs Lead to serve as the strategic connector across their marketing organisation driving program execution, operational excellence, and strategic alignment. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role is key in ensuring smooth campaign delivery, effective budget management, and impactful cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, balances strategic vision with operational precision, and is passionate about helping teams execute with clarity and momentum.
Key Responsibilities Lead the marketing planning rhythm including OKRs, retrospectives, and campaign cadences
Coordinate large-scale, cross-functional marketing programs to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes
Partner with the CMO on strategic initiatives and marketing budget management
Build scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows to enable team autonomy
Collaborate with Marketing Ops and RevOps on reporting, analytics, and attribution
Utilise AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, documentation, and communication
Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations
Candidate Profile 5+ years in marketing programs, operations, or enablement within a high-growth B2B environment
Proven experience managing cross-functional programs at scale
Financial acumen and experience in budget tracking and ROI analysis
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Airtable, Looker, Salesforce, or similar tools
Bonus: Experience integrating AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency
