Key Responsibilities
* Lead and Inspire: Mentor and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
* Sales Management: Oversee the end‑to‑end sales process, ensuring seamless handling of leads and deals.
* Performance Analysis: Analyse team performance and pipeline data, implementing strategies to boost conversion rates and occupancy levels.
* Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to optimise lead generation and campaigns.
* Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with brokers, agents, and corporate partners to open new business opportunities.
* Training and Development: Conduct performance reviews and skill development sessions to enhance team capabilities.
* Reporting: Provide concise reports on sales trends, pipeline performance, and forecasting to the Commercial and Operations Directors.
* Client Experience: Ensure an exceptional client experience from inquiry to contract signing.
* Brand Advocacy: Represent the organisation with enthusiasm, promoting the brand in line with our values.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Operations, Marketing, and Finance for seamless client satisfaction.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for efficiency and improved conversion metrics.
* Ownership of Performance: Take charge of portfolio performance, ensuring each centre meets or exceeds budgeted occupancy and revenue targets.
Requirements
* Proven experience leading a high‑performing sales team, preferably in serviced offices, hospitality, or real estate.
* A strategic mindset, capable of analysing data to make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* A proactive and organised approach, managing multiple priorities with ease.
* Confidence in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
* A motivational leadership style that fosters accountability and collaboration.
* A hands‑on approach, leading by example and driving collective success.
