Integrated Learning Disabilities Service

We are looking for experienced qualified social workers to join the Integrated Learning Disabilities Assessment & Care Management Team, which provides support to people with learning disabilities and their carers. The team includes community nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, psychiatrists, and an employment service, offering a holistic approach.

* Know safeguarding adults’ practice and legislation
* Be capable of managing complex caseloads and frontline duty work
