Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
Speak clear, fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be flexible and available to work weekends, bank holidays, school holidays, varied shifts, and short-notice bookings
Be available from early May to the end of September 2026
Have a minimum of 5 years’ residency
Hold a commercially endorsed RYA Advanced Powerboat Certificate (or higher)
Have at least 2 years’ relevant experience operating in local waters
Salary
Competitive and negotiable depending on experience.
