We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team on a bank basis. About the Role You will be supporting three males in their own home, helping them to live fulfilling, independent lives. Your role will focus on person-centred support and may include: Personal care Cooking and household tasks Supporting daily routines Encouraging participation in activities and community outings No two days are the same, so flexibility, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential. You will work closely with individuals to promote choice, independence, and a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
