1. Partner with business leaders to deliver HR processes and implement change initiatives.
2. Lead and manage complex cross-functional HR projects that add value to business objectives.
3. Build strong stakeholder relationships, offering creative and pragmatic HR solutions.
4. Support resourcing needs by collaborating with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, recruitment, and induction.
5. Provide guidance on HR policy, employee relations, and organisational design, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
