Our client is a membership organisation, providing mindset confidence and goal setting support to business owners and entrepreneurs who are growing their businesses.
As they build and expand their membership community, they are working with us here at Better People to source a full time Member Support Administrator
This role supports members and the overall team with general customer service, member support calls, and some general ad hoc admin tasks
Hours of work will be 37 hrs per week starting at 9.00 finishing at 5.30 and being available to travel to Newbury once a month for team meetings
The Job -The purpose of the Customer Support Administrator role is to support members with onboarding when they join, to maintain awareness of members wellbeing. You will also be reaching out to lapsed members, facilitating online meetings and writing up member feedback reports.
This role is for someone who wants to work independently, be part of a team and most importantly who really wants to be part of this amazing business community and who loves talking to people.
