About the Role: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering management information data and creating business review packs that steer the direction of the organisation. You'll work closely with the CEO and department heads to define and deliver data that fuels performance and drives strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Own the Process: Lead the end-to-end delivery of management information reports and business review packs. Collaborate: Engage with key stakeholders to understand business goals and define reporting requirements. Design & Develop: Create insightful, accurate, and visually appealing reports and dashboards. Present Findings: Communicate insights and reports to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. Partner Up: Work alongside Finance, Operations, Commercial, and other teams to align reporting outputs with business needs. Maintain Standards: Document reporting standards, data sources, and definitions for consistency.What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you should have a blend of analytical prowess and exceptional communication skills. Here's what we consider essential: Numeracy & Analysis: A high level of numerical and analytical thinking with a solid grasp of data interpretation and visualisation. Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualisation tools (like Power BI) is a strong plus! Presentation Skills: Ability to distil complex data into compelling business narratives. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to confidently engage with diverse stakeholders and extract valuable insights. Attention to Detail: A proactive, self-driven attitude with an exceptional eye for detail. Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment; a background in business analysis or reporting analysis is beneficial but not required.
