We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Reception Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Slough from January 2026. The Role

As our Reception Teacher, you will:
* Lead a Reception class, providing a rich play-based curriculum.
* Support children’s early literacy, numeracy, and personal development.
* Assess learning and ensure progress for all children.
* Create a classroom culture that is safe, welcoming, and stimulating.
* Work closely with parents, colleagues, and support staff.
* (If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Have experience teaching Reception or EYFS.
* Understand early years curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy.
* Are reflective, organised, and excellent communicators.
* Demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to inclusion.
* Are open to leadership responsibilities if seeking a TLR.
