Typical Shifts : 7.30am-2.30pm plus sleep in
UK manual DL required
Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)

We are looking for support workers with a passion for enriching the quality of life, promoting independence and giving the best fulfilled life possible to the people we support. We’re currently searching support workers in our residential home in Sawston Cambridge. Churchfield Avenue is an 8 bedded residential home in Sawston. We have a wide range of ages with a wide range of disabilities such as Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, Dementia and Cerebral Palsy as well as mental health.
Our team encourage the people we support to participate in a wide range of in-house and community activities. Our team is trained to provide compassionate support to individuals and promote independence by offering opportunities for housemates to learn new skills and grow their confidence

Staff are supported with a detailed induction, continuing professional development Staff are trained and continue with new and exciting training when identified
