In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Duties
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
* Provide information about products and services, guiding customers through their choices to enhance their experience.
* Handle customer complaints with empathy, aiming for resolution while maintaining a positive relationship.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey from entry to exit.
* Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all materials are readily available for customer assistance.
* Collect feedback from customers to help improve service delivery and overall experience.
* Assist in managing guest services, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Skills
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
* Background in hospitality is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of customer care principles.
* Excellent guest services skills, showcasing the ability to create memorable experiences for customers.
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Problem-solving abilities that enable you to address issues swiftly while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: £12.65 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 7 per week
