About the Role
This position involves independently managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, setting a spectacular example for the team and customers. You will lead and inspire the team to achieve their full potential every day, using our Leadership & Company Principles.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity
* Diligently checking and working deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs
* Being a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries
* Competently complying with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
Requirements
* Experience leading and developing a team in a challenging environment
* Excellent communication skills to help colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way
* A knack for time management, delegation and problem-solving
* The confidence to support the team through every shift
* A pride in providing unmatched customer service for everyone who shops with us
* The ability to monitor, manage and improve KPIs
