Litigation Solicitor – Cheltenham
My client is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its dispute resolution team. This is a great opportunity for a confident, commercially aware litigator who enjoys varied work and building strong client relationships.
You will handle your own caseload and assist on more complex matters, which range across:
* Commercial, civil and general disputes
* Property litigation
* Contentious probate
Responsibilities
* Advise a diverse client base, including individuals, businesses, trusts and charities
* Draft statements, witness statements, correspondence and other documents
* Instruct and liaise with counsel
* Represent clients in court, mediation and settlement discussions
What experience is required
* Qualified Solicitor circa 5pqe
* Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
