Job Title: Facade Manager Location: Sutton, UK Start Date: ASAP Contract: 7–8 Month Contract (Further Projects Available) Rate: Competitive (DOE) Facade Manager – Sutton – Immediate Start We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facade Manager for a project based in Sutton. This is a 7–8 month contract with strong potential for ongoing work on future schemes. This role will suit a driven and detail-focused manager with strong experience delivering façade and roofing packages on live construction sites. Key Responsibilities * Managing all façade works including cladding, curtain walling, and full building envelope systems * Overseeing roofing installations (essential experience required) * Coordinating and supervising specialist subcontractors * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification * Monitoring quality control and carrying out inspections * Reviewing RAMS, drawings, and technical specifications * Managing sequencing of works in line with overall construction programme * Leading façade-related site meetings and reporting progress to senior management * Managing snagging, compliance, and handover processes Requirements * Proven experience as a Facade Manager / Site Manager * Strong background in roofing systems * Experience with cladding and curtain walling packages * Excellent understanding of health & safety legislation * Strong leadership and communication skills * Available to start immediately What’s On Offer * Immediate start * 7–8 month contract * Competitive day rate * Further projects available following successful completion To apply, please send your CV for immediate consideration
