Job Summary
PRADCO is looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to its growing e-commerce business. The engineer will support our e-commerce platform by updating the application, writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customer-facing storefront features, and developing backend code to integrate the platform with other systems. This role offers experience across various layers of web software development.

Job Responsibilities
* Install platform and security updates for our Adobe Commerce (Magento) installation.
* Provide application support to the PRADCO team members using the e-commerce platform.
* Develop frontend code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for storefront pages.
* Write PHP backend code to integrate with internal and third-party systems.
* Maintain the security of the e-commerce platform to protect customer data, prevent fraud, and ensure PCI compliance.
* Communicate clearly with project stakeholders about task requirements and completed features.
* Manage tasks using Kanban project management tools.
* Submit code using Git version control.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 2 years of experience with proficiency in:
o Object-oriented programming in PHP, Java, C#, or C++.
o Web frontend development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
o Using Git or similar version control tools.
* Ability to work during North American Central time zone business hours.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) is preferred but not required.
