Teaching Assistant Positions
We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools in and around the Altrincham and Sale areas of south Manchester. These roles are suitable for recent university graduates (any degree) or individuals interested in starting a career in education or childcare.
Role Overview:
* Provide classroom support under the direction of the class teacher
* Work with pupils in groups or one-to-one
* Assist with learning activities, resources, and general classroom organisation
* Contribute to maintaining behaviour standards and a good learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* A university degree (any subject) and/or relevant experience in education/childcare
* Confident, good communicator with strong organisational skills
* Reliability and a professional attitude
* Willingness to receive training and follow school policies
* Previous experience with children (formal or informal) is helpful but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
