The Role As an experienced FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will: * Operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve goods within our high-bay racking system * Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently * Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for dispatch * Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all H&S regulations Key Responsibilities * Drive and manoeuvre reach trucks in narrow-aisle environments * Complete electronic pick lists using handheld scanners or sheets * Assist with general warehouse duties as required Requirements * Valid FLT (reach truck) licence and up-to-date training certificate * Proven experience in a high-volume warehouse environment * Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet productivity targets * Strong commitment to health & safety best practices * Reliable, punctual, and a team-player attitude Working Hours : 4 on 4 off 07:00-19:00 (this is inclusive of weekends) OR 4 on 4 off 19:00-07:00 NIGHTS Salary - £12.50 per hour days Salary - £15.63 per hour Nights...
