Salary: £22,000 - 26,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with experience in a customer-focused IT role. We want strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly, professionally, and without jargon. We need good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. We need proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise workload. We require good computer literacy, especially with the Microsoft Office suite. We would like experience using helpdesk software such as FreshDesk, TopDesk, or ServiceNow. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in evolving technologies and adopting new technologies. Candidates must already reside in the UK and have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship or relocation assistance. Responsibilities: We provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and web chat. We troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve customer issues and queries in a timely and professional manner. We escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant people or departments with clear documentation. We reproduce and document reported issues with clear instructions. We monitor recurring issues and identify patterns for escalation to management. We assist customers with configuring their systems, networks, and environments. We create, maintain, and improve knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides for customer use. We promote self-service support through well-structured documentation.
