We’re looking for a proactive Contracts Administrator to play a key role in supporting multiple construction projects. You’ll be at the heart of the operations—making sure documentation is watertight, data is organised, and project delivery stays seamless.
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking ownership of contract documentation, including subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, change orders, and compliance certificates
Maintaining a clear, organised filing system for fast and accurate document retrieval
Ensuring all paperwork meets contract requirements and project specifications
Managing quality assurance documentation with precision and confidence
Using your Excel expertise to track data, manage logs, create reports, and help streamline processes
