Who You Are:
* An experienced Recruitment Consultant (perm or contract)
* Confident building and managing your own desk
* Strong communicator with a commercial mindset
* Naturally target-driven, ambitious, and motivated to earn
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
