Responsibilities/Duties
You will be working as part of the Customer Services team, with duties to include:
* Processing and tracking orders
* Confidently liaise with customers and sales team.
* Liaise with distribution partner to ensure that orders are delivered promptly.
* Process all customer claims, returns and credits.
* Some stock control responsibilities including reconciliation
* Provide support to Commercial team function.
Skills and Experience
1. Previous experience within customer service roles - preferably office based
