We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join a dedicated team in a children’s home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
The Role:
* Provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people with EBD.
* Promote independence, build trust, and encourage positive routines.
* Work as part of a team delivering trauma-informed, child-centred care.
* Support with education, activities, and life skills.
* Participate in sleep-ins, shift work, and rota patterns.
