1. Production of Quotations
2. H/S Accreditations
3. Control of Financial Documents
Maintaining Personnel Records:
1. Training Records / CSCS
2. Time Sheets
3. Salaries
4. Employment Contracts
5. Licenses
Other Duties:
1. Fleet
2. Phone Contracts
3. Fuel Cards
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous Experience within a similar role.
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
3. Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
