JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Plymouth
SALARY: Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a busy and well-established team advising on complex energy, utilities and infrastructure related property matters. The work includes easements, wayleaves, infrastructure agreements, and acquisitions and disposals. You will also be encouraged to participate in client development activities and contribute to the wider success of the team.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 5+ years PQE, ideally gained at a recognised regional or national firm. You should have a strong understanding of commercial property law and the ability to handle matters independently. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, coupled with a commercial and solution-focused approach to legal advice, are preferred.
