Key Responsibilities:
Professionally handling incoming calls and emails
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Supporting the wider team with general office duties
Data entry and document management
Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels
Assisting with scheduling and diary managementRequirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
