Caseload details: A continual flow of commercial property matters, some of which are high value Acting for a broad range of clients, including national firms and well-known brands The firm has a particular expertise in fast food and with gym operators Much of the caseload will relate to commercial leases, including the granting and taking of leases Some of this lease work will be complex and high value Sale, disposal and management of freehold and leasehold properties The role offers some great flexibility, with full and part time applications considered, and the prospect for an element of hybrid working.
