Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary School in Moston A warm and welcoming primary school in Moston is working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to appoint a caring, proactive, and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from January. About the Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the class teacher and helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment. Your duties will include: Providing one-to-one and small group support Assisting with lesson preparation, delivery, and follow-up activities Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND and EAL Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to effective classroom management Building meaningful, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents What We’re Looking For Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for supporting learning Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
