Cluster Meeting & Events Manager, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin
A fantastic opportunity to help maximise the revenue across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Reading & Helnley on Thames.
As Cluster Meeting & Events Manager at Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin you will be maximising revenue by driving meeting‑room occupancy, ensuring that all bookings serve the joint interest of the hotels and that the spaces sold best suit the opportunity and are in line with the business needs.
Reporting into the Head of Meeting and Events and the General Managers of the hotels, you will work alongside the Central Sales Office to support the conversion of all enquiries.
You will develop relationships with guests and the management team across both properties to ensure the smooth running of all meetings and events across the two hotels.
No two days will be the same – you will spend your time juggling events across two properties and keeping your workload varied and interesting.
You will need to be an organised and motivated individual who is proactive with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
