Do you have the experience and resilience to support pupils in achieving their full potential?We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work within schools across Stafford and surrounding areas. If you have a background in supporting children with additional needs and disabilities—including autism, PMLD, SpLD, SEMH or other Special Educational Needs—we’d love to hear from you!
Your Role
1. Supporting pupils across different Key Stages in accessing their education.
2. Assisting students with learning activities set by teachers and encouraging independence.
3. Promoting confidence, inclusion, and a positive school experience.
4. Using effectivemunication methods such as PECS, Makaton, BSL, or other SEN strategies.

6. Someone experienced in working within school environments.
