IT Field Service Support Engineer (Northern Ireland) Belfast - remote with travel required £30,000 - £33,000 + car allowance + perm benefits A leading charity origination is currently recruiting for an IT Field Service Support Engineer who will work in a tech transformation programme, alongside providing local issue resolution, support, advice and guidance for Northern Ireland. One of your main responsibilities will be to analyse, troubleshoot and fix first- and second-line technical support for all technology-related infrastructure, architecture, software and supporting our end-users across the country. Key Responsibilities IT For Service Users support 1:1 support as well as any general IT support requiring a service visit after initial support or triage from our ServiceDesk. Printer support (ordering & moving MFD's, configuration and support) Telephony & Communication platform Support (office landlines, broadband telephone lines and telephone systems, SIP and VOIP guidance) Service mobilisations, opening, closing, moving offices and changes to internal layout of offices.
