️ Architect – High-End Residential
£48,000 – £52,000 (flexible for the right person)
A rare opportunity to join a high-end real estate & development company as their in-house Architect, working directly with the Managing Director on luxury residential projects in London and across Europe.
This is a hands-on, design-led role with real autonomy, perfect for an architect who wants ownership, influence, and exposure to prestigious projects from day one

️ The Role
* Deliver high-end residential projects from concept to completion
* Take ownership of live projects, including site involvement
* Work across architecture and interiors, including bespoke joinery
* Collaborate closely with the Managing Director on design vision
What You’ll Need
* 3+ years post-qualification experience on UK projects
* Confidence running projects across all RIBA stages
* Strong site experience and problem-solving skills
* Passion for luxury residential design & interiors
* Proactive, hands-on mindset
