About Us
At Bright Stars Nurseries, we believe every child deserves the very best start in life. Our nurseries are safe, stimulating, and nurturing environments where children flourish, and our teams play a vital role in making that happen.
We are seeking dedicated and flexible Regional Bank Staff to join us, supporting across multiple nursery settings. This role is ideal for those who enjoy variety, thrive on teamwork, and are passionate about helping children learn and grow.
The Role
As a Regional Bank Staff member, you will provide cover and support across our nurseries when needed. You'll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to each setting, ensuring continuity of high-quality care and learning for our children.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering engaging and inclusive play and learning opportunities, in line with the EYFS.
* Promoting children's wellbeing, safety, and development.
* Building warm, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Working flexibly within different teams, quickly adapting to each nursery's routines and culture.
* Upholding the values and ethos of Bright Stars Nurseries wherever you are placed.
What We're Looking For
* A recognised childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years) is desirable, but we welcome applications from those with relevant experience.
* Previous experience in an early years or childcare setting.
* The ability to travel between sites – a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
* A flexible, positive, and professional attitude.
* A genuine passion for giving children the best possible start.
Safer Recruitment at Bright Stars Nurseries
The safety and wellbeing of children is at the heart of everything we do.
* All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
* We follow rigorous safer recruitment processes, including identity, qualification, and employment history checks.
* Any gaps in employment must be declared and explained.
* All staff are expected to uphold safeguarding policies and will receive ongoing child protection training.
Why Join Us?
* Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
* Experience across a variety of nursery environments.
* Access to training, development, and career progression.
* A warm, supportive culture where children — and staff — thrive.
