Salary: £69,000 - 109,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with a strong background in commercial RF systems, RFIC, or RF module development. We need experience covering core RF design, embedded software, and testing/validation activities. Ideally, we would like experience related to mobile RF front-ends. You should be able to define system architectures and RF specifications while balancing performance, complexity, risk, and manufacturability. We value experience taking RF modules or systems from R&D into production. A pragmatic mindset and comfort challenging assumptions are essential. Prior experience at a startup or in a fabless semiconductor company would be beneficial, though it is not required. We require someone eligible to live and work in the UK. Responsibilities: We want you to work closely with our CTO and play a central role in the development of our RF technology. You will own the end-to-end RF system architecture. You will act as the key technical bridge between RF design, algorithm development, embedded software, and test teams. You will help translate regulations and international standards into product and test specifications. You will identify technical risks early and develop mitigation strategies. You will support the journey from RF design through algorithm and software development to testing and validation. You will help set technical and cultural standards across the company as a leader in the business.
