As a Service & Breakdown Manager, you'll own the service and maintenance side of renewable energy installations, where you will be leading engineers, coordinating field operations, and making sure customers get fast, reliable support long after install.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field engineers and support staff
Run all service and maintenance activities, from planned servicing to breakdown repairs
Be the main point of contact for customers; clear comms, quick solutions
Coordinate field service schedules and dispatch engineers to site
Track performance, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Keep service records, costs, and reporting accurate and compliant
Drive a strong health & safety culture across all service activities
Manage the service budget and continuously improve how things are done
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in service or aftersales management
Strong technical background in renewables, generators, or heavy equipment
