Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production processes within our composite door facility ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Duties
* Operate various machinery and equipment in the production line.
* Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications.
* Utilise hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
* Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
* Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
* Proven composite door/pvc operations is desirable but not essential
* Experience with hand tools and power tools is highly desirable.
* Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
