Macildowie are working with a client based in Leicester who are searching for a Digital Outsourcing Manager to join their reputable and growing team.

Our client operates within the accountancy and outsourced finance services industry and is expanding their management accounts and digital transformation offering. They're seeking a forward-thinking leader to spearhead innovation across its service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own delivery of monthly/quarterly management accounts for SME clients
* Manage a team responsible for bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, forecasts
* Implement cloud and AI-led process improvements (e.g., Xero, Dext, Fathom)
* Provide insightful financial reporting and cash-flow analysis
* Serve as lead client contact, ensuring quality and commercial insight
* Grow client portfolios, supporting onboarding and outsourcing evolution
* Mentor junior team members and support business development
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Qualified by ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent experience)
* Proven practice-based management accounting and client portfolio management
* Strong digital credentials: Xero, cloud accounting, AI tools
* Commercial acumen and presentation skills
* Team leadership and mentoring capability
* Experience in process improvement and KPI budget planning
