We are looking to appoint a Minor Works Co-ordinator within ourSystem Support Team (Maintenance Team).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a controls / automation background who is ready to move into a project coordination role, while still remaining technically involved when required.
You will act as the key link between engineers, clients, and internal teams, ensuring minor works projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
The role is primarily office-based, with regular UK-wide site visits. Flexibility is required, including occasional nights and weekends, depending on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As Minor Works Co-ordinator, you will:
* Coordinate and oversee minor works projects within the system support team
* Act as the primary point of contact for project planning, scheduling, and execution
* Ensure engineers have the correct tools, materials, and information to complete works effectively
* Provide technical support where required, including occasional hands-on fault finding, maintenance, or upgrades
* Liaise directly with clients, managing requirements, progress updates, and customer satisfaction
* Coordinate site activities, including labour planning.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site regulations
* Support system modifications, upgrades, and maintenance across PLC, SCADA, and control systems
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues impacting delivery
* Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and completion records
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
About You
To be successful as a Minor Works Co-ordinator, you will bring:
* Experience in a coordination, supervisory, or project-based role within control systems, automation, or a related field
* Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, and industrial control systems
* Experience or working knowledge of electrical fault finding and troubleshooting
* The ability to balance project coordination duties with hands-on technical input when needed
* Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Strong communication skills, confident liaising with engineers, clients, and stakeholders
* A proactive and solution-focused approach
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Right to work xsngvjr in the UK
Working Hours
* Standard 40-hour working week
* Flexible working pattern:
o Core hours: 9:30am 4:00pm (MondayThursday)
o Early finish on Fridays (1:00pm), subject to workload
* Overtime may be required, including nights and weekends, particularly during UK site work
