Location and Hours
The role is based at the firm's offices in Belfast City Centre. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. This is a permanent position.
Essential Experience
Applicants must have previous experience in a Receptionist role.

Responsibilities
1. Maintain a tidy, safe, and welcoming reception area for clients, stakeholders, and visitors.
2. Provide efficient reception and telephone services.
3. Manage diaries and book meetings.
4. Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.
5. Greet clients and handle telephone calls.
The Ideal Candidate
* At least 2 years' experience in a Receptionist position (essential).
Additional Skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in IT.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions.
