OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Dual Services Manager, you’ll oversee cleaning, security and pest control at the Dolphin Centre. You’ll ensure high standards and collaborate with stakeholders to solve challenges effectively. It is essential that you have a cleaning management background.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead cleaning and security teams
2. Manage budget and track expenditure
3. Control rosters to meet SLA’s
4. Oversee timesheets input for accurate payroll
5. Recruit, develop and train staff
6. Attend monthly review meetings
7. Conduct regular cleaning audits
8. Support ESG initiatives
9. Conduct investigations and disciplinaries
10. Flexible for out-of-hours needs and Saturday duty
11. Manage chemical use per COSHH regulations
12. Conduct and record monthly Toolbox Talks
13. Record sickness and conduct Return to Work interviews
14. Complete absent management process
15. Ensure adherence to H&S policies

19. Excellent report writing
20. IOSH Managing Safely
21. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cleaning manager
22. Excellent Excel & PowerPoint
23. Experience of conducting investigations & disciplinaries
DESIRABLE
24. SIA licence
25. Degree in relevant field
26. First Aid qualification
27. Membership of a professional body
28. BICS qualification
