DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the charge on requirements for complex, high-impact projects Partner with stakeholders to uncover needs and craft smart solutions Act as the key liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors Create and maintain clear, actionable documentation for processes and systems Drive system mapping and integration for seamless interoperability Champion new technologies and ensure alignment with business goals Manage business rules and use cases for critical applications Evaluate software enhancements for feasibility and strategic fit Coordinate testing efforts and support successful deployments Deliver engaging demos and training materials to empower teams Mentor junior analysts and elevate BA best practices across the organization Report progress and status updates to leadership with clarity and confidence QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS BS or BA in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 5+ years as a Business Analyst with proven success in U.S.
