We are recruiting for a fantastic organisation based in Marlow. They are looking to recruit an HR and Onboarding Administrator to join their friendly team, who will act as the first point of contact and provide general HR administration support across the People Team and all agencies they work with. The successful candidate will have a background in HR or Recruitment with excellent administration and organisational skills. They will be IT literate, able to work in a fast paced environment and have lots of initiative and enthusiasm. This is a full time hybrid role (minimum of two days in the office) working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Duties include RECRUITMENT Supporting the recruitment processes for our client and subsidiary agencies Assisting the Talent Manager with the application and shortlisting process, screening potential candidates, liaising and scheduling of interviews Maintaining an accurate log of candidate activities for reporting purposes HUMAN RESOURCES Preparing offers and contracts of employment, employment referencing, right-to-work checks and collecting required documentation at the offer stage Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling of inductions and training Maintaining accurate and efficient HR files with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes and leavers on the database Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures Supporting role in the accurate processing of payroll and benefits LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT Coordinating and assisting with periodic processes, such as auditing the accuracy of information, collation of completed appraisal documentation, auditing training logs etc Scheduling of staff reviews across all departments, including probationary period reviews Supporting staff training initiatives, with the creation of training packs, agendas, event facilities etc. Skills/Experience Excellent administration skills with a background in HR or Recruitment IT literate, intermediate level Word and Excel, able to pick up new IT systems quickly Able to work effectively and collaboratively with others Friendly, approachable, personable with superb communication skills Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
