Enimed Pharmacy Group is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Store-Based Pharmacist – Pharmacy Manager to lead our busy community pharmacy Rose Street Pharmacy in Wokingham Town Centre, prominently situated next to Wokingham Medical Centre.
The branch occupies a strategic high-street location immediately adjoining a large GP surgery, providing exceptional scope to work collaboratively with multiple healthcare professionals including general practitioners, nurses, and allied clinicians. This environment is ideally suited to a pharmacist committed to clinical career development, professional growth, and service innovation.
The pharmacy is equipped with advanced infrastructure, including a state-of-the-art dispensing robot supporting accuracy and operational efficiency. The dispensing workflow is further strengthened by two experienced Accuracy Checking Technicians, enabling the Pharmacy Manager to maintain robust governance while dedicating time to patient-facing care and the expansion of private and enhanced clinical services.
The role is particularly appropriate for a pharmacist seeking a leadership challenge within a high-volume setting — sustaining the pharmacy’s excellent record of prescription growth while developing new professional services. The branch is open 8am–9pm, and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to work 3–4 days per week, with structured managerial responsibility that supports flexibility for personal and family commitments.
As a progressive, family-run independent group, Enimed continues to invest in its people, services, and technology to ensure our pharmacies remain at the forefront of community healthcare. This appointment forms part of our continued commitment to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care while responding proactively to the evolving landscape of community pharmacy practice.
