2026 Marketing & Merchandising Placement (12 months) at TUI
Join a year‑long placement in TUI’s Digital Sales & Merchandising team. You will work from our modern head office in Luton, with 1–2 days per week on site and flexible hybrid days. The role focuses on driving e‑commerce performance, managing on‑site merchandising campaigns, and driving data‑driven optimisation across desktop and mobile.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a range of on‑site merchandising campaigns to support key trading priorities
* Analyse trading data, run A/B tests, and recommend actionable change to improve performance
* Work across cross‑functional teams – Digital Marketing, Content, UX, Design, Commercial, and Trading – to build integrated, customer‑centric campaigns
* Maintain user experience excellence, ensuring sites inspire, engage and are relevant to users
* Operate under tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities while keeping high standards of detail
* Report on campaign performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
* Commercially aware with a passion for sales, merchandising, marketing or social media
* Proactive self‑starter, strong team player who builds lasting relationships internally and externally
* Creative thinker, customer‑obsessed, and capable of interpreting data to inform decisions
* Excellent communication and analytical skills, proficient in MS Office suite
* Structured, focused, and enthusiastic to learn; able to juggle priorities and work under pressure
* At least GCSE grade 4/C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Current year of study (penultimate year) with the commitment to complete a placement in 2026 as part of the third year at university
